Class and Event Refund Policy

There will be no refunds or returns for all items purchased on our website. If you want your case to be considered as an exceptional circumstance you may submit your request in writing to the email below. Approvals are subject to the discretion of the owners of Bachata Sensual Orlando. All requests for refunds must be made in writing within 30 days of the date of purchase to:

In the case of exceptional circumstances, a partial credit towards future purchases may be issued. We will respond to your request for refund within 14 calendar days of the original submission.

Membership Cancellation Policy

NOTE THAT MEMBERSHIPS AUTOMATICALLY RENEW EACH MONTH UNTIL CANCELLED.

In order to cancel, you must contact Bachata Sensual Orlando through any of the methods below with 7 days notice before auto-renewal:

No partial refunds will be offered if a plan is cancelled in the middle of a cycle. Cancelled plans will remain active until one day before the next due date.
